This review is based on today's (07-22-20) experience. I received a phone call 9:04 am) from a representative stating that I didn't sign a lease agreement and that my items within storage would be moved out. This is unacceptable language to a customer whose account had already been debited for the amount of storage fees. In addition, I had already signed a DocuSign document and had been receiving emails thanking me for choosing CubeSmart! In addition, as a customer I had to wait 15 minutes past opening, which made me more late to my job. Thus, costing me money!

my review is the latest was very helpful because my mom set me up with a 5 by 5 or 5 by 10 storage and it was too small so we end up going with the next size up so now it was very helpful to me and I appreciate you thank you

😊😊😊I'M SO PLEASED WITH THIS FACILITY AND THEIR CLEANLINESS, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! BOTH LADIES THAT I CAME ACROSS THAT DAY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL! THE PROPERTY WAS CLEAN AND THE YOUNG LADY THAT HELPED ME WITH MY STORAGE MOVE IN WAS A FANTASTIC SALE PROFESSIONAL. 🤗🤗 THANKS LADIES FOR A JOB WELL DONE!! ##P.S. This was by far the best experience I've had with a storage company. It was very quick & seamless. I went in on Saturday morning, the guy at the front desk educated me on my renters policy, which was very helpful. Also it's very secure, they require a code to get in & out of the lot. I chose a drive up unit & was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was. I would recommend them to anyone.

They notice you time you enter the Door, very friendly and helpful people, and if the time presented its self to ever need another storage this is who I will be using
