Very friendly and professional staff. Property is well maintained and organized. My unit was clean. No random trash or strange activity. I felt safe storing my possessions here and would recommend them to a friend or family member.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been storing a travel trailer here for over 6 months. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had no issues. The lot is well lit, the security gates always work and the fencing is good.

The staff was very helpful and I was able to figure out how everything works fast.

The climate controlled unit I am renting is so hot inside the building. The moment you step off the elevators it is very warm and humid inside the whole floor.

It was easy to make all the payments and get set up. The lock was already in the locker ready to go, and the space was very clean!

The store was supposed to open at 8:30 so i was there with help to unload. We eventually did online because My help was on a schedule.

Clean facility, well designed.

Cheaper that lots of other places closer to downtown. One luggage cart has a busted wheel that makes it useless though.

The pricing is great and Erin at the front desk was super helpful - she called, gave me the info I needed, was really friendly. I appreciated getting everything done online - COVID, or not, - I'd rather just be done with everything in one step. I appreciated that I could use my own renter's insurance. The facility is clean, well-lit, and easy to access. Best storage experience I've had, hands down.

My overall rating of this place is acceptable. Clean, friendly (although the manager did not speak at all), and convenient. On the second day the system locked me out of the building so I could not access my storage, but Tanya quickly assisted with this on the next day.

Great front desk people who actually know what they are doing. Quick and knowledgeable. They close at 5pm yet they still helped me at 4:58 when I got there, with humor and a smile.
