Extra Space Storage - 3478 - Houston - Bay Pointe Ct.

Upon renting I was told I could use facilities to do 3rd party sells through an online auction site. According to the site it's prohibited so the unit serves me to use. The manager and or spare foot should never have told me I could or I'd never rented.

This facility and its staff are top notch. I would highly recommend them to any and everyone. Exceptional customer service and extremely clean, neat and orderly grounds. Felt super safe leaving my things stored there.

From the first phone call renting a storage unit has been a breeze. Nice and courteous customer service. Clean facility. Absolutely no problem entering facility and unloading our boxes into unit. Would recommend.

Needed a place to put my son's furniture while he loos for a job. I rented a unit and tried to move in. It was too small. The office helped me get a larger unit with no hassle. Now I can move around my house again. The people were great and I feel great. Thanks

Everything was as promised and service was impeccable!

They were really helpful in getting us the right sized unit and worked with us on our reservation. We did not know the exact date, so they saved our dates for a couple of weeks with notes as we are in the military and didnt know the exacts on when we would be there. They were cheery and helpful when we arrived and were happy to help us. The facilities were really clean, and our unit didnt have anything wrong with it when we checked and the gates work easy with no troubles with the codes. All things seem easy, if you follow the guidelines of the opening hours to access the facilities, etc.

I had scheduled my move-in online and from sparefoot website, then spoke with customer service at LifeStorage on the phone. After picking up movers a truck and moving all day I arrived at the Ellington Field location to discover the office was closed due to the transformer going out and so therefore I could not move into a unit that day. Just wish I would have known in advance. Sent the movers home, I kept the truck an extra 2 days cause of heavy rains and finally moved in solo without help Monday morning. In the end I'm happy to be here, the facilities are clean and don't smell like cats, the office staff is helpful and friendly. I wish I'd known the office was going to be closed, could have delayed the move so not to waist truck rental days and labor. Would be great if they fixed the door so that it had a timer that would prop it open, I jammed a dolly under the door to keep it from shutting on me. It's hard bringing in a several mattresses solo with a spring loaded door to compete with. They could greatly improve this facility by adding a covered area to unload safe from rain for customers paying the premium for the inside units. That , and a loading dock would both be big improvements. I'm an artist www.bottomlessbox.us and I've had many storage units, this facility seems newer than public storage places and is in my opinion cleaner.
