I like the fact that there are cameras on the property. They also have dollies to help move your things quicker. The place is fairly clean compared to other storages in the area. I only did not like not being able to see the unit before moving in and not able to look at the map of where the empty units were located first. I am use to that kind of service when renting. I rented a climate controll space from them. Better pricing online.

Due to Covid 19..I hated having to stand outside & communicate .I was the only person there so I didn't get it .I couldn't use the bathroom..I did everything on line as I was asked to .I finally got moved in .The guy I called was sweet and quick to get me a unit .it was when I arrived that my experience was not good

I have never felt this safe at a storage facility. I work crazy hours and usually won't make it until late at night, and not once have I ever felt nervous or scared. There's plenty of light and cameras, and property is very clean and well maintained.

Loooove this storage, they have great deals, and excellent customer service. Storage super clean and I was checked in very fast and easy. I recommend any and EVERYONE to go here for a safe and clean storage!!!!!

The day I moved in Scott was very pleasant and helpful. The facility is very well maintained and bright lighting all around. I was in my storage and I did not put my lock on the door properly, I received an urgent message from the office. The office was closed so I went to my storage opened it and closed it not knowing that the position of the lock was the issue so when I called back the next day I was told that they noticed that I was in and corrected the locks position on the door. I am so appreciative and very impressed. I highly recommend this facility.

In my opinion this is the best spot in the area. I will definitely use this site and Uncle Bob's again. I would like to see more rental trucks and hand carts/dollies at this location. The 2 hand carts/dollies are heavily used and one is almost broken. I never could take advantage of the 1 truck to use because it was always rented out.

The air was broke,I waited about an hour before the guy showed me the united I had reserved. All together I would say the time I walked in and finished paper work it was about 1 and a half hour or more.

Small problem accessing gate, wrong information put into computer, delayed entry, then again delayed exit, but staff was able to resolve in 10-15 minutes. Otherwise, the staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous, and the facility was clean, access to unit was average, some degree of walking from unit to outside, but that's to be expected with an internal unit in a facility that is near capacity. This is one of the only facilities that would pro-rate the first month, most other's charge for full month upon entry and when you vacate, no matter what day of the month you arrive or leave, making it ridiculous that you would have to pay for a full month if you vacated your unit on the 3rd of the month or entered on the 27th day of the month. I'm actually not sure if they pro-rate the last month, but it is something to ask before you rent. I would recommend this facility to family or friend.

There was a small issue regarding the gate codes, but it was resolved quickly. I figure that I would rather have a problem getting into the facility, than have the security so lax that anyone can come and go. Plenty of employees who all were courteous, friendly, and helpful. Price is average, but I like that they prorate the month, almost no other storage facility will do that.
