Shannon was friendly and very helpful. The hallways and elevator were clean. Able to move in easily with all the available carts and being the only one moving in at the time.

I went in first thing in the morning, and everyone I came into contact with was wonderful! So very helpful, and efficient. The only issue I had was later in the day when we were moving our stuff in. At the same time, there were several other people moving either in or out of their units, and one specific family had used all of the moving carts, and was hogging the elevator closest to my unit for about 30 minutes. I am not sure how many carts Uncle Bob's had, but there weren't any available when we were moving some of our belongings.

Excellent in all aspects. The customer service was exceptional. I would definitely recommend Uncle Bobs to my friends.
