Very nice and good communication

The customer service was great on the day of my check in. Finding it was easier due to the guy at the register giving me directions. The only thing is the room itself wasn't in great condition, I get it, its an old facility but there are plywood boards that are used as patches but are hanging off so I can see into the next unit... other than that, im satisfied with the space

When we had trouble with the elevator, staff was quick to respond

Climate control building is very hot inside, could stand to turn thermostat down a bit but everything is nice and clean.

Well I did my move in on line for the 20th for some reason they had it set for the 22nd after a move on the 20th I try to pick up my locks and get signed in at 9:39am so it wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be a problem with the movers. They were in a meeting and I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t and was told to come back later. When I did no one was there, so I had to wait with the truck and movers charging me. Other than that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a storage, not new not nasty, just a regular storage prices were lower than suburban areas thatﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s why I chose this one. Nothing good nothing too bad 3 stars.

And All the worries of never being left to stress about the whats ,when's and the where's; all this going !!!

This was my first experience with public storage. The service was 1st class. Particularly from a young lady named Ivy. She was terrific and professional.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Cyan and Eric. I was at Public Storage as they were opening. They politely and promptly helped me. I feel that they both went above and beyond! Thank you Cyan and Eric and keep up the great work!

The Staff member Ms Cyan was very professional and deserves a 5 star rating. She was attentive and quick to respond. The facility is fairly maintained, but it could be better and deserving of only a 3 star rating. The condition of the main access doors entry locks is poor throughout and makes the security suspect which is deserving of 1 star and is not very good. . Keep in mind that my review is honest, but may make the facility vulnerable if the wrong persons read the review, so it is imperative that the door security to corrected. Also, the facility insurance providers may see this as corporate negligence and question coverage. The full staff should work on improving the facility. Keep up the professionalism Ms Cyan. My personally experience was good as always.

The sun is out in Houston, but it does not mean one cannot have a less than wonderful day. But if you are able to come across a second sun like Public Storage agent Cyan, you will find that there is sun later in a troublesome day. Cyan was charming, ebullient, and amiable in her welcome to me at the Public Storage location at 11770 Southwest Freeway. She politely walked me through the process of procuring a storage facility, answering just about all of my questions thoughtfully and resolutely while offering suggestions that were friendly verbal nudges. There was not a hint of intrusive product promotion on her part. Her ability to suggest purposeful use of the products displayed the mark of a burgeoning talent in marketing. Her colleague was just as friendly, which made my time there all the more positive. Cyan and her colleague are excellent representatives for this particular location and the company. I left the facility quite comfortable with the knowledge that the services I purchased were money well-spent. And in this day and age of economic recession and protracted gains in a sluggish market, feeling comfortable about spending your money is principally important. However, the customer service atmosphere and performance of a business is still what willingly brings back customers. Cyan is great. She was my second sun of the day. A promotion of some sort would be warranted for her.

No hidden fees, helpful staff, clean facilities, secure location!! I have never been so pleased with a storage facility before!

This is my first time using a storage unit and the staff at public storage, Stafford helped me a great deal. They assisted in finding which storage unit would work best. Also the offers for me customers are great!

there should be a few chairs to sit on in the lobby. You also contact the customer too much. Overkill.

I am selling one house then buying another. The realtor wanted all my son's stuff gone for staging. A friend. Said just store it! So i fid the internet research and picked this one near my new neighborhood, and it's great. In fact it's been a fun experience! Recommend this place!
