Convenient. Size was appropriate.

The unit was a bit creepy and floors were filthy when I arrived but I did everything online and didn’t speak to a rep so 🤷🏽‍♀️ for the price, I won’t complain. I was placed in a building way towards the back of the property with very dim lights. I wouldn’t feel comfortable going back in alone after dark but I appreciate the price I got for it. A cylinder lock was waiting for me on the floor of the unit. There is an elevator but I’m not sure it works, as the downstairs door was locked.

My unit is exactly the size I asked for, but looks nothing like the property I moved out of. My previous building was newly built, and updated technologically- it had an elevator, and the property was well-lit, and super clean. At the property I just moved into, there is a “lift,” for items to be stored, only; the ceiling at my new unit is insulation, and while I did get a climate controlled unit, it feels warm. I think my stuff will be ok, as the property seems secure and the staff is kind, but if I had it to do over again, I’d visit the unit before renting it. I just thought all Public Storage Units looked the same on the inside.

Today I rented a unit at the 11900 Katy Freeway location. The grounds were very well kept. When I arrived the office was pretty packed. I was so impressed with the professionalism I witnessed from Ms. Shannon. With the line as long as it was, she remained patient with each customer, and she gave us all her undivided attention. Ms. Shannon made it obvious that it wasn't just about renting a unit, upon leaving the facility, she welcomed each customer to the location. As she rode around to show me my unit, I noticed that she greeted the customers that were on the property. I would definitely recommend this location to my family and friends.

Nice location easy in and out. Older building but dies the job just fine.

I reserved a unit, I drove all the way there after receiving a phone call to come in to do the paper work , and no one is there. I waited 30 mins and no one was there to open the office. Very bad customer service. I will look elsewhere for my storage needs

Staff (Katrina) was polite and knowledgeable. Your website one benefit from telling clients you must buy the lock at Public Storage as well as posting insurance information which is very reasonable.

Good location but misleading promotion online. I would advise to make sure when you advertise that you don't falsely lead the consumer on. The unit I rented was advertised as $30/month online. There was no mention of the required insurance. As a first time renter I didn't know anything about that. That added $11 to my monthly fee. It's very misleading and I think the promos should mention the required insurance fee that is tacked on monthly.

The staff here were amazing. My move involved a couple of "nomad" days after I was out of my old house and before I was able to possess the new property so a short-term solution was necessary. The staff went above and beyond in helping me find the right solution!

I had a wonderful experience with Public Storage. A move out date which didn't directly align with a move in date required me to store my things for a pretty short period of time. The team here went above and beyond to accommodate the timeline and offer cost-saving strategies. The only down side was the operational hours, but if you are flexible with that Is recommend them in a heartbeat!

I think the price was great. Some of the units seem to have some issues with leaks from the ceilings.

Michael and Ruth were so helpful. The storage was only $60 for a whole month! I needed it for a week but will end up keeping it longer since I paid thru June. You get to keep the lock with you when youre done, not like the other place I rented storage at. they only let you in and out of the property during office hours so thats good for security. I feel great about renting here! Come see Michael and Ruth theyll get you set up hassle free!

Michael the property manager went way out of his way helping us move a very large and heavy glass conference table. We were stuck before he came to the rescue. 5 plus stars for Michael!

In a difficult move Michael was amazing. He assisted me in finding the appropriate size unit for my belongings and was very patient with all of my questions and concerns. He was very thorough and even followed up with me to ensure I had gotten everything moved in!!! Talk about professionalism!!!

Michael (the manager at this spot) was very helpful assisting me to find the 3 units I rented. He has a very professional, yet friendly attitude. I would recommend this Public Storage facility. They are great!
