The online experience wasn't good but the in person customer service was good

I wish that it was climate controlled

Polite and Professional, Ms.Trish made my day, I was tired and cranky from packing and loading up a 26' truck, determined to get it all over with asap. Ms. Trish all bubbles and smiles, was actually able to slow me down ,help me to relax and breath. I don't think she even realized that she did. She was just being a great joy to talk to, and about storage units!?

I visited this location a little over a week ago and had the best experience. Ms. Marie was so polite and very informative. She is hands down one of the best property managers that I've encountered when dealing with storage facilities. Thanks again Ms. Marie!!!

I am so impressed with this property as well as the manager Miss.Marie. Everything was so clean and organized and it smelled amazing she was so sweet and professional I really feel comfortable putting my personal property in the care of someone who really love their job like Miss. Marie. If I could give this property 20 stars I would because her hard work is very much appreciated thanks for providing excellent customer service.

Ms. Marie was excellent! She was very timely and made sure to review in detail all of my information. I also noticed that she was very swift in getting other people's payments for their storages as they came in and out. I can appreciate that she was very personable and knew most people by name. The location is clean, without any trash laying around, and secure. I believe my belongings will be safe. I highly recommend and am very pleased with my decision.

My experience with Public Storage was great. Ms.Marie was very informative and friendly. She went over everything with me made sure I understand the codes and ways to enter my unit!! She gets a 2 thumbs from me!!

For the convenience, this location was chosen, but the customer service I received from Ivy was above normal... She was polite, courteous and patience. She was knowledgeable yet NOT pushy, and willing to accommodate any questions and concerns I had!! Thanks Ivy!!

I had to get a storage at the last minute to get moved out of my apartment and it was very easy to rent and it was very easy to get into and it was very easy to find and get another storage thank you

The Public Storage facility where I have my unit has friendly and accommodating staff, seems safe, and is a good value as long as you need offsite storage.

The agents were helpful on the phone and in person at the particular location I'm renting at but I don't like being refused the bathroom code and having to ask for someone to come and open it for me, what happens when I come after the office has closed? Also, there is very little to no lighting at night. There are light bulbs in the unit but they don't work. Why is that?
