It wasn't what I expected. It was way better!

finally got some customer service , great at that !!!! Had been over to the address twice before after being told that someone was there no one was there and could not get a straight answer on all of it , was very frustrated .

Very good service. I messed up on the web and it all was corrected.

This is a nice clean facility with great customer service.

The staff was very helpful, showing all fees and added costs outright, even before I made it to the store. The location is easy to get to and to navigate. Very clean. Great spot.

On the positive side...Great location for us and clean units, polite staff and was walked to the unit. On the down side... carts don't have locking wheels(and where they elevator is it's on a slope), climate control seems on the warm side, awkward angle to punch in number to exit(especially when we will be using moving truck)..I had to purchase insurance because I didn't have proof with me but was told I could provide and they would cancel...my wife emailed proof and didn't hear back

The unit was exactly as described and Michelle, the location manager, was very friendly and courteous, and explained everything clearly.

Great facility; great staff; great deals. Highly recommended!!

Cheryl was prompt and fast. But sometimes the elevator code doesn't work and the lighting is poor next to my unit

Excellent storage

It took a long time to get the paperwork done but I think it was because the computer wasn't working properly other than that everything was fine. The person that helped us was very nice and friendly.

I had moved and needed additional space, temporarily, until I could settle and clear out items I didn't need. When I first signed on,Tanisha was a dear with me, as she took me to my unit on the company cart. Cynthia was courteous with me, too, when it was time for me to close my account.

Good location. Tight access and car movement on premises.

Amazing customer service

I came in to buy merchandise and Ms Tanisha was very helpful and informative also very nice and eager to help, and She even helped me carry my merchandise out to my car. If she is this nice when I just come in to make a purchase, I can image how happy her tenants are! Tanisha you are the best #property number 08529 Thank you Tanisha!!! They make storing your belongings less stressful. Tips: Fill out your paperwork before if you are on a time crunch for moving. Some areas with climate control vary on temperature depending on proximity of unit to a/c unit.

It's relatively clean, functional, etc...It's a storage unit.
