Melissa the property manager was very courteous and professional. Any questions I had were answered and elaborated.

I give it 4 stars only because it does not display online you will be paying two months at once. Other than that everything was simple to setup.

I chose this facility for it's cleanliness, convenience (near freeway), and security. It is well maintained. Vikki is a jewel, an excellent representative of what Public Storage should be about. She provided pertinent information for the best storage experience for the type of items I would be storing. Her wealth of knowledge was extremely helpful in my decision making.

Vivian is the best. Helpful, courteous and thorough.

Best customer service I have ever experience from a storage facility. Vivian and Melody have been extremely helpful showing me around the storage, going over details about how to operate gate code and reminding of time of access to property. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND the everyone I know needing a storage location.

I went in because I am moving and needed boxes. Vivian told me about all her deals and the best way to buy for cheaper. I bought 10 large boxes and will probably need more. I will definitely go to her. She also showed me the property in case I want to store there. Very clean and presentable.

Came in to buy some boxes and employee named Vivian was very nice and informative. She gave me all my options and I would recommend her to anybody!

I made a reservation on line. James called us and ask i we would like to see the unit that day. We said yes. I think that was very helpful. It gave us a better ideal what size we needed.

The woman who helped me was very polite and helped me pick the right size storage unit in a quick amount of time sonce i was in a hurry

Their prices are decent. I called to check availability, even though they show you online, you can do everything online but i had a few other questions so i called. They set everything up for me to go view the unit within a few minutes. They seemed educated on what unit was best for your needs.

I was looking for a storage placed and walked in to Public Storage and Cheryl gave me the perfect customer service. She was very helpful with picking the correct unit to store my things.

I made a reservation online and came in to completed my order. Lady showed me the space explained the log in procedure while we were walking and I got box there I needed and we were done.. How I like quick and to the point.

Sure dude, yeah, they're very affordable; only like $55.00 a month but they're cheaper ones too.

I went to make my payment at the Wood forest location and their computer was down. I understand things happen so the clerk suggested two locations the Federal Rd. location and another about a mile from that. I went to the Federal Rd. because it was closer. When I arrived there their computer was also down and that was at least a 6 mile drive .I gave up after that.Since the systems are totally computer driven some other accommodations should be made for customers so that they're not inconvience.
