Public Storage - Houston - 2055 Hayes Road

I had been looking for a unit and talked to 4 locations. I called Public Storage 2055 Hayes St. last, talked to the manager Natalee and asked about her units. She was so nice and pleasant. I had to go over to meet her and see their units. Once I arrived, I was greeted by the entire staff. Extremely nice welcoming people. Natalee, Steven and Diana were so pleasant. Steven was the employee who assisted me. He showed me the facility and was really nice and honest with answering my questions. I went back inside and was still undecided. Then I started conversing with Steven, Natalee and Diana. I have never met such nice and genuine people. They had me laughing hysterically!! I instantly knew this was the place. Steven assisted me with my paperwork. While he was explaining everything, We all were still engaged in exciting conversations. They really made me feel comfortable. I wish I would have come to this location a year ago. If I could give all three a 10 rating, I would.

This facility is in a convenient location. The facility is very clean. Natalie is a dream to work with.

Place is very clean, staff are really friendly and extremely helpful. We were in and out of there. Everything was so easy and quick

The unit was for my son. It is in his name. The unit is exactly what he was looking for.
