as stated in 1-line summary. Danielle is very knowledgeable, professional and remained courteous and patient, throughout my back & forth changes, she was the best. Trust me I know how difficult I can be. also, I have continued to only use PUBLIC STORAGE. I will say this I prefer my service I received from this location the best. I have utilized PS on at least 5 occasions. I will remain and will RECOMMEND this facility ALWAYS.
