My experience visiting there was heartfelt. I needed information about how to rent a space there. The young lady by the name DeShantaa Arnett was very considerate and had the most patients I have experienced in a long time. Her customer relations is on point, I wish there were more understanding people like her in this world we live in today. Thank you very much for this one person you have to face the public at your business.

I went to get a unit and i ran across a very nice young lady who was very helpful with what i need. She answer all of my questions in professionally manor.And got me what i ask for and out of there in timely fashion..So thanks you Ms.Latoya Brown great job.

The people who work there are knowledgeable and courteous. I do not like the fact that I did not see anywhere that you had to pay for insurance. it is not about paying for the insurance but not knowing about having to pay for insurance. It is misleading to say 1.00 first month and then have to pay admin fees along with insurance. Completely misleading!

This place is outstanding. It's very clean the employees are very friendly and helpful whether you're opening a new unit or returning unused boxes. One lady in particular was really great. I wish I could remember her name. She was a younger black lady with short hair. She explained everything clearly and concisely and made sure I left with everything I needed when I came down to process the paperwork for the new unit. I only closed my unit because I ended moving otherwise I'd still have one there.

I like it because is very clean, nice staff, great location & secure.
