More than the $1.00, but costs are nominal and customary. The Manager of this location was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain the ins and outs for smooth operation and walked us through procedure. Offered supplies or anything we might need as well and as a courtesy had 2 dollies there when we came back with our first load. Thanks!

Taquilla (on site manager) was very helpful w my change of plans and getting me the storage unit I needed. Very friendly and customer service oriented. My only issue was that there was a big pillar in the middle of my unit and she called the District Manager who said they could t do anything about price. Surprising since it is technically less space and less convenient to store my goods. Luckily we still had enough space.

The service was excellent and the cleanliness of the building, in and out, was a nice touch from other storage places. It has good security from the code to the gate outside to the codes in the elevator and doors on the 1st floor. If they could be open a little later at least on the weekends I would give them 5 stars.

Taquila is an amazing employee. My angel form the time I arrived and until the movers were finished and my unit was secure. A very bad experience with a local two men and a truck franchise. Let's just say, Taquila deserves a promotion, a raise and definitely a dinner out on the company. She took care of me, the customer, with great care and concern while representing your business professionally; completing all necessary tasks and explaining policies in detail. I walked away knowing my valuables were safe and secure. She not only sold me my unit but moreover gave me much needed peace of mind. Promote above peers and do know she is an excellent employee. ?? and ? ? ???! Thanks Taquila!

Signing up was easy and Charlie, the lady at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful. Moving in was easy and I felt safe. My only complaint about Public Storage, you are told that you have to take out insurance. This info. should be told to you on the phone when you are getting quotes but it wasn't.

I had alot of help from Bebe, she showed me around and explained everything to me. She was able to set up my card to be charged automatically so i wouldnt have to worry about it. Ive got a great 10x10 air conditioned unit close to a door, so im happy.
