The only Thing i found about the move in was there was no numbers out side the building to identify which building you was trying to find.example. i was looking for building #5 and i had a hard time finding it .

Great customer service and price on unit. The only thing I wasn't happy about is they try to sell you storage rental insurance saying Public Storage requires it. You don't have to purchase their insurance. Other than that, I had a great experience.

I have used cleaner storage facilities. I killed a roach, a spider, and an unidentified insect the first time I put items in the storage room. A dead roach in the hallway was still there when I went back two weeks later. The staff is very professional and polite. I don't want my three star rating to reflect on them. However, the facility needs to be sprayed for insects and the halls should be swept.
