I appreciate the ease of entering and exiting using the phone application provided. Summer heat makes it difficult to remain in the building more than 5 or 10 minutes. I wish there was a way that a fan could be put in the building.

The manager was very nice. But this lace is absolutely disgusting, for starters the office smells like mold. The unit that we have is upstairs, smells like human pee and you could imagine in the Texas heat how much worse that smell actually is, roaches are everywhere, it is not cleaned, our unit had water marks like the roof was leaking.

The only negative I can say is the fact that they have a flight of stairs to get to my unit. But the manager is awesome and it is very clean

I would highly recommend Public Storage to anyone. I've had to use them twice this year, two different locations. Both place's the service was very Friendly, Grounds were kept clean, I felt my stuff was safe. I liked that both locations the manager lives on site.
