They're too many Homeless People sleeping in the Elevators making it RANCID. Additionally, sleeping throughout the INDOOR Facility. Somehow They have time to be aggressive with PAYING Customers.

I returned to unit on 9-4-21 I called to ask front desk for light bulb he stated they were out of light bulbs for 3 weeks. I then called to tell him I had light bulb but light switch was not working. He said he it must be breaker but he couldn't come to help me because he was the only one there I explained I couldn't see in unit he said I said I am only one here I can't come to turn on breaker. Very rude and unprofessional. I will never use this company for storage again.

Lydia is your storage expert! If you're renting at this location ask for Lydia. She will help you make your move much much easier. The property is nice and clean and the rental process only takes about 30 minutes. If I need to, I will be renting here again.

My agent that opened my acct was very polite and professional. However, the next day the agent on duty was missing 3 times and didn't display the proper return time. I had to go to another store to find out what was going on cause it was other customer's that had been waiting and concerned.
