The unit is very old with rats, and numerous holes in the wall. No over head lights inside my unit as well.

Nykia made the process seamless!

The customer service was fantastic but the storage units themselves were older and not worth the exact price that we paid . I have been to other storage units that were a lot nicer for a better price

AJ was very helpful in helping me find the most appropriate and cost-effective storage unit for me. He took the time to answer all my questions and show me several units to aid my decision. He broke down the costs and the due dates in a very easy manner--he even wrote everything down for me. I would highly recommend this location.

Natasha and Amber are a beautiful team! They are very professional and have a very welcoming and pleasant orah. Natasha takes pride in her job because she apologized about a piece of paper left in the floor and immediately stopped to pick it up. That type of dedication is valuable to a company. Keep up the good work ladies!!?

Been using Public Storage for the last 13 years and never ever experienced any problems and the customer service is always great.

You gotta tell people about the fee for getting your lock. It's not fair to have that hidden fee. But Linnie was sweet.

The person that helped me was very polite and knowledgeable. Very relatable. She did all she could to make sure my needs were met. Very greatful to have her helping me.

PS has locations near us so going with them was an easy decision. There are a couple of minor challenges that customers should be aware of. When you tour a facility, if you don't commit then and there, you have not reserved that unit until credit card information has been exchanged. I had all sorts of confirmation numbers via email but the unit we wanted was no longer available when it came time to actually show up, sign the lease and provide payment. Not a big deal but if you see a unit you like, sign up then and there. Also, and this is probably typical of how the business is run, make sure that someone will be in the office when you plan to go by for the initial paper work signing. Just showing up expecting people to be in the office is not a good plan as they're apparently all over the property taking care of other issues for existing customers and not hanging out in the office. Other than that, this has been an easy, efficient, convenient and cost effective company to do business with.
