Miss. Jennifer has extreme tremendous customer service skills. I appreciate her helping me with all my answers regarding the storage facility. Mentioning many location to choose from as well knowing she is there when we need her. Offering the moving necessities such as boxes and tape.... Makes me feel comfortable about the transition to the storage. Things happen in life you can't change. But, knowing there are people like her caring and watching over the facility while i fix my arrangements makes me feel more secure with my belongings. Got a great rate on a 10x15 unit. The only small issue I have is that we weren't notified when we toured the unit that our renter's insurance would have to cover the storage unit, or we would have to buy insurance to cover storing our belongings in the unit. Not a big issue, but just would like to know ahead of time instead of finding out at the time of "moving in".
