It was one of the best experiences I've had at any business. The manager and the person she was training showed me the process of how to do everything they explained to me all of my options and why they were options. We found the best product for me and would recommend to anyone.

The Manager helps in anyway possible, and will take the time needed to answer all your questions. She found my keys in the lock of my storage, and called me right away to pick them up. The rest of the staff is friendly, and helpful also. The property is clean and lighted. I recommend this facility to anyone. However, if you don't pay your rent or write "worthless checks," then expect late fees, etc. All businesses have guidelines or rules to follow, and the managers hands are tied concerning fees, etc, because managers cannot override the authority of the "corporate office."

This is an awesome staff. Torres & Tiffany are the bomb in the middle of not having a computer... System down and doing things manually, they truly took care of me. These ladies have awesome customer service and very patient with me. I been here before and each time I come, I am very satisfied. I went to UHaul and I end up coming back here anyway.
