I only have two issues One is inconsistency one building closes at and the other at pm why? it is just inconvenient to customers and it has no other reason that annoys and inconveniences your customers.the second was I was informed a lock was going to be left for me to use if I need or wanted. No lock was left but that was no problem for me since I had my own

I have cancer and everytime I went to my unit nobody was in the office despite it was opening hours. Then while I was in the hospital my lock was cut. But I tried to pay in person multiple times with the door locked during opening hours. The staff seems shorthanded and overwhelmed. I payed 200 more to my moves bc we waited almost 2 hours for the door to open. I expect a call from the district manager about some kind of compensation.

We are very impressed with the customer service and the storage facility. The only thing we were not happy with is we got an internet rate, which was a very good rate, and the unit we were assigned is at the very end of a hallway and there is practically no light and it is very dark. We asked about it and they told us it was because we got the internet rate...it was a little disappointing to us.

Great, easy to get in and out, well-kept and clean. Units have high ceilings so even small units can fit a lot of stuff. and unbeatable price.

This one looks so new it's like it was built yesterday. I enjoy the access gates, which provide extra security, and the fact that you can open them with your mobile, as well as the elevator. Not even my overpriced condo work like that.

I filled out my paperwork online and It included a fee for a lock. I walked in and asked for the lock and Johnlyn said “it should be on your unit”. I went to my unit, moved my stuff in, and there was no lock. I went back to the office to ask for a second time and the office was locked with a sign saying somebody will return in 30 minutes. So I left and came back in 30 minutes and there was a line formed. I waited in line for over an hour just to ask her for the lock that she should have given me when I first walked in. I asked again and she handed it to me. My stuff was in your unit with no lock and I wasted an hour and a half of my time because of your incompetent employee Johnlyn

On my move in date both elevators were broken and my unit was on the second floor. The stairs were locked and there was no way to Get my items into my unit. I finally found someone to help me switch to a first floor unit after waiting for almost an hour. The associate was very apologetic and handled me with great care and customer service in the end.

The Gulfton Public Storage is awesome. Great. Safe. Convenient. The employees in the front office are very helpful and knowledgeable. Very impressed with Public Storage

King was very nice and explained everything to me quickly. He was very professional and really enforced the social distancing and 1 person at a time rule in the office. The office and overall location was very clean and neat.

In December 2019 I moved my offsite storage items to Public Storage on Gulfton. The team at Public Storage there were very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. The facilities are very clean, well-maintained and secure. I am very happy with my decision to select Public Storage as my offsite storage provider.

Property manager is a jewel. Chandice is professional yet personable.

Save your money please and stick with public storage
