Public Storage - Houston - 5323 Milwee Street

The Milwee location of Public Storage meets my needs for a clean, secure facility to store my belongings. The numerous security checks are impressive. The staff is efficient and personable.

Had no issues & the front office gave me the best explanation of all things public storage and was able to answer all and any questions I had. No hidden fees aside from admin fee but first month was cheap especially since they had a promotion for waving first months! Will rent public storage & through square space again if I had to.

I arrived at the facility about 10 min prior to the opening time, and I waited about 20 min before calling the number on the door. Customer service was very nice and so she did everything on the phone since no one was physically present. The only problem then was that I had to go to another public storage to show my ID before I could get gate entry. The representative at the other location was very professional. The only reason I gave 4.5 stars is because I had to go to another facility and then drive back.

The woman in the front office was very nice and helped me finalize reserving my unit. It's easy to get in and out, and the price couldn't be better.

Staff was very helpful, facility has good availability and great security. Storage unit is very easy to use.

Great site and discounts I recommend using this site, and the location of the storage place is 10 minutes from me. The employees are excellent and helpful.

Information on site was pretty straight forward and I was able to rent the right storage for me.

Tried to rent online but couldn't finish the insurance portion due to site malfuction. Went to rent in person and am very happy with doing so. Staff explained everything and was very professional.

I appreciate how clean the facilities were. My last storage unit had roaches. It is climate controlled. Unfortunately Public storage has a $15 monthly insurance fee. I was not aware of it until I moved in.

Milwee location, staff very professional and answered all our questions,taking us to our location and showing Us the ends and outs of the facility. Now the DeSoto location, we moved because for the second time your A/C malfunctioned spilling water on our belongings. The staff showed us no remorse or options to fix the problem and replace or repair any damage. If we didn't buy your insurance there was nothing they would do. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. They got me with that lock fee & said it was mandatory that I get one. Otherwise they are a good company.
