The on line reservations process was easy and effective. The follow up call was professional and timely. The manager, CiCi was EXCELLENT. She was pleasant and knowledgeable.

The facility is clean easily accessible and well lit. The staff is professional and great attitude. You could tell that your business is wanted and you walked out not feeling like money was taken but your money is put in the right place.

All the staff was approachable and very helpful. Considering what's going on in the world today, they allowed me to come in a day before my appointment. I'm grateful for that.

Secure and great location but.... the restrooms are never clean, they stink the whole place; also the inicial rent is very low but it increases every six months so in about a year the rent is almost double.

Competitive pricing; plenty of locations at different service levels. The one chosen was great; however, ONE of the front desk clerks was rude, and not an ounce of customer service orientation. Lazy and not even willing to look up when we were asking her questions about the place. if we were not helped by another person that was ready to tackle the job, we would have walked away.

Go somewhere else. Rental and staff were fine. Freight elevator was out of service and movers had to use passenger elevators took several hrs more at $250 an hr. Doors kept shutting on funiture scratching items. How do You have a multi level bldg for storage and not fix the freight elevator and at least offer a discounr

There should be flatbeds available for clients who are storing items after hours. Not everyone moves or stores during business hours.

I have already filled out one survey and spent time on the phone with another person taking a survey. This is excessive. My experience was satisfactory however I am worried about lax security. with random people from the street coming on site.

Very convenient and accessible. Management very friendly and accessible. Honored rental reservation (Proguard did not). Only complaint is that the elevator is very touchy and stopped working for a little bit. There was a second elevator that we were able to use.

The owner of the public storage in Westheimer Ave and Chimney Rock, is the most caring and compassionate man ever. He makes sure the work is done professionally, people are happy with their storage, and that they have what is needed to make their experience pleasant.

Malesh is what makes this a wonderful experience. He is such a personable and efficient attendant. The only reason I did not give this company a five star is because I think it is over priced. That has nothing to do with the service, just the cost. We went in there based on a special price noted on the website AND because it was close to where we were located, however once there the price was different and it appears to go up each month. So word of warning...don't be deceived with the 'special pricing.' However, Malesh will take VERY good care of you and he desires a raise for his warm personality and service. He's great!

Clean, secured, I would rent at public storage again. Price was a little high for the storage unit but I guess it is with the cost of living.
