Public Storage - Houston - 5685 De Soto Drive

The space looked exactly as it should. The unit did not have a light bulb, and when I asked the receptionist, she advised they did not provide them. Everything else was as it should be, clean, and readily available! I like it and am glad I chose Public Storage!

Employees and customer service are fantastic. The app works and lets you open the gate from your car. Storage was easy to locate with included map and unit includes much vertical space.

Switched units 4 times in 12 hours

I went to this public storage and moved in and le Quitta didn't have good knowledge of the property but she made me feel very welcome and we found the unit fast and I got move in very fast

I came in to pay my bill and Kendal and antonet were very helpful. They explained everything to me and had beautiful smiles.

Went in to get a new unit and was pleasantly surprised by Mrs Chanel. Her positive attitude and complete knowledge of the facility really impressed me! All done in a timely manner, I was in and out in no time. The property also feels very safe and secure!

Public Storage is a very good company but we weren't allowed access into our storage area to access the damage done to our items. Was told we couldn't access after 6pm

I had a great experience renting a storage unit. It's a little pricey compared to other companies but I feel my property is secure.
