Public Storage - Houston - 6615 S Gessner Drive

I was not allowed to see the storage space until after I paid for it and was moving in. I told them I had received a text asking if I had moved in and they went to the computer and said there was not a problem, but obviously did not notify the main office that I had moved in.

I typically don't write reviews until I've had some time to share my experience, so this review is basically about the move in process. The process was fairly seamless and easy to follow. I like the space, the security, the cleanliness, and the price. The office wasn't open when I arrived during business hours, which made the process of checking my lock in and providing my insurance information. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with this Public Storage location.

La atención estuvo bien solo ,creo que necesitan una persona que able el español latino también además del inglés para que presten un mejor servicio a los latinos que también necesitamos de su buen servicio

Good job from lady up front.(don't recall name but she kept her composure helping everyone with different needs at same time and with a classy smile). Entering and exiting a bit troublesome since there is no little space for more than one vehicle

Love it!!!! I did not have to get out of my truck. I had it all on my phone. I downloaded the app and everything was on my phone. I did not have to get out of my truck or roll down my window to put the code to the gate in. That was soo nice.

I went to Move In on 7.3.18, but Was Not Able to. The Black Female was apparently Not Finished with her Morning Routine upon my Arrival. She was Not Personable and Rude and it was an Unpleasant Experience. I would like a Refund. I Have Not Moved In.

Public Storage is the best in all regards, particularly in safety, reliability and excellent customer service. Kudos!

My grandma was look for a storage place so we stop at Public Storage we walk in and was welcome by a lady name Rachel and she help my grandma to find the perfect unit size.Ms Rachel has great customer service I will tell everyone to go over there and get a unit from her

Rachel was very quick, thorough, and kind.

The storage room is a very clean place I have my storage from there for many years at least five 5 years now and never I've been robbed or the storage room then robbed and there is a wonderful lady there that is working very very hard she upkeep the place and give excellent service and Speedy services and very friendly which I believe that Rachel deserve a paid vacation and a pay raise and bonuses she works that many hours and been mistreated by other employees and being so devoted and knowing her job!! I do want to say I wish they close the gate at 10 instead of 9 and I also want to say I wish they do not raise the price every year too high:-(!

The facility is clean, we'll maintained as I have used this 1 location several times since 2009. Rachel staff r the most key component I return since there are numerous locations closer. On several occasions I have watched as the defuse rude and disrespectful customers which P. S. should focus on procedures to assist their valued employees to not have tolerate. At the front line for P. S., I see excellent accounting, P C skills, thorough explanation and understanding of their products and most of all psychology to deal with some of your less respectful client base. I appreciate the service I have received at P.S. and plan to use them again as needed.

Working staff is very professional. The facility is super user friendly. Of course I love this location. Great service and facility.

The staff was very nice.. The price isn't bad just a extra fees I didn't know about until I got there. But overall I am glad I went this company.
