Property is well kept, ice cold climate controlled buildings, friendly staff, only down side are the access hours are 9:30am to 6pm. So you can't go to your storage unit except during business hours which isn't ideal.

Customer service so high up there on top of the world. The Bluetooth phone remote control for gate access…really, really excellent!!

The move in process was very smooth however the customer service was terrible. Vionda was very rude and had a bad attitude.

I looked at many facilities and this had everything I was looking for: price, location, access, and storage unit size.

The facility was very clean! They were also very helpful!

The on site manager Tamia was amazing. She went above and beyond for me and the surprise obstacles that happened. My move was smooth and easy. The only concern I have would be pest control and rodent bait stations. Wish there were more that could be done to ensure the protection of my or any other customers belongings. Finally, the insurance limits. 5k? May not be enough for some individuals. Overall, I had a wonderful move in experience.

The on line reservation worked easily and efficently, and actual lease was quick and easy because of on line reservation. Storage spaces have good access and are secure. The staff manager was very courteous and helpful.

The staff were a little friendly and the property is clean. A couple things I notice are the back exit gate is broken and looks like people can climb over it. Not secured at all. The light timer in the building where my storage is, seems broken. Also, there is no A/C running, or it was running really low where I could not feel it. How is it climate-controlled?

I moved to this place after my previous storage unit from a nearby location got water from a rain storm after moving in for only 2 weeks. The Manager Bri was so helpful in getting my contract transferred over for the same special rate. She worked with the District Manager David to take care of everything. She was very efficient and knowledgeable about the whole process. Thank you Ms Bri! This place is so new and clean. I do appreciate the help from everyone: David, Sophia, Jonathan (who so chill!), and Roberta. By the way, the previous storage location already got the necessary repair work.

Bri and Jonathan was very knowledgeable and professional at the location of 7255 Hwy 6 South. They assisted us by meeting all of needs.
