I could not be happier with the service I received. Service, facility management, it was all very well organized.

Angela, Amelia and Lezzeta were the best! They assisted me with my storage needs along with being professional, helpful and friendly. I had called the reservation line on the same day I rented and was hung up on by a gentleman who refused to give me the rates for the different sizes of storage rental. He told me I was being non compliant and that he needed more personal information before he would quote me the prices. He was very unprofessional and spoke to me as if I was a child. Angela, Amelia and Lezzeta gave me the best customer service even though my exchange with the phone employee was not a pleasant one. These ladies explained everything in full detail and made my experience an enjoyable one. I will recommend them to others who are looking for storage units.

The staff is very professional and customer friendly. The only disappointment thus far is the standard time allowed to punch in the access code, enter the elevator, and select the floor you wish to visit. The allotted time is way too short. Each time I've visited the storage facility I'm frustrated since I have to go through the process at least twice!!

I have had the pleasure of using Public Storage , by your records since 1993, but actually at this facility since late 80's. Your staff has always been the very best in every way. Your current Manager, Amelia has been outstanding. I have nothing but the very best to say about Public Storage

They helped me choose the right size for my storage and were patient during the process. Will definitely use public storage again if i need storage.

Manager was great however, there was one unprofessional female at the desk who you could overhear making negative comments. If you are going to do that, wait until the customer leaves because some folk have great hearing. Still because the manager and the sales lady who were helping were so professional at the Brasewood/Main location, giving the 4 because of them. Had she (the unprofessional one) not been there, they would have gotten a 5.

I really enjoyed doing business with public storage because from the first phone call until I signed a contract everyone was really nice and knowledgeable. It's been a few years since I rented a storage and I would go back to the public storage again!

Roshuna was a huge help in a day of stressful moving. I really appreciated her big smile, laughter and willingness to find me the perfect storage unit.

This is my first experience with renting storage space and it went pretty well. My only concern was the following day it rained very heavily and I noticed a small puddle near my unit and a very large puddle down the way from my unit which is on the top floor. I reported this to the ladies in the office and they only said that they knew about it and had called it in. None of my items were wet as far as I could see but I felt a bit uneasy. Otherwise, I just have a little difficulty with the access to the elevator because of the timeout system.

The treat was superb.The problem is the elevator when trying to moved stuff made it hard for.my movers and cost me a lot of money and time.

The experience was absolutely tremendous!!!!!! Everyone was helpful and nice nice from the Gosling location to the Medical Center location. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!??????

Went the next day after getting my storage and the elevator stopped working after I made my first trip. Had to go down the stairs with my dolly but not strong enough to get the others boxes out the car and go up the stairs with them. So had to go home and unload my car when I had planned to go home and bring more items to the storage.

I would recommend this company to anyone.

I Love my Experience with Public Storage. The employees were very polite, kind, and helpful. Kudos to them!! PATRICK knew exactly what amount of space I needed...and though I forget the names of the two young ladies that helped me on yesterday, I appreciate them for their kindness and level of professionalism. Great staff!!!

Chandice, IKEA and Ariel are so sweet and they are always smiling and patient with me. They keep me smiling. I have to travel down each month on MetroLift to pay my bill. Each time is a Great experience. And Chandice help me with my auto pay but I will still stop in to see these ladies. It's a pleasure I really on enjoy them.

Great place. Very clean and secure. The elevator situation is very frustrating. I love the security of it with the code but the doors need to have a hold button for a long time. it would allow people to load another load larger amounts reducing the number of total trips needed. And heck that saves you money in electricity.

My property manager David (Howard) was super helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this Public Storage location to others.
