Public Storage - Houston - 7770 Highway 6 South

I cannot ever access my unit. I work 6 or 7 days a week, and the hours of operation are working day hours , 9-6... By the time I get off at 5pm I'm home after traffic at 630 and cannot get in the gate!

Great move in experience and clean well lit storage facility. Highly recommend.

I am giving public storage 5 stars simply because of their excellent follow up during my reservation. It took me several weeks to make a decision about this storage company, however, the staff followed up all through. That's quite impressive!

I recently went to this location to make a payment for my unit out of state, Rochelle was a perfect picture of customer service! She went above and beyond to make sure my payment was applied to the correct account and even called the property to make sure it was removed from the auction block! I am happy with public storage is very good storage and employs,

I am a single mom. I just had a son 11 months ago when I got the dream job offer in another town and they needed me to start right away . Never having left my hometown to live in the big city, my journey hit a few bumps in the road along the way. I rented a UHaul that was too small and didn't really make plans to have a perennate residence available when I arrived in town, nor was there time available to find one before my first day of work. After living out of a hotel for a couple of days and TREMENDOUS extra fees on the moving truck, I determined I needed to rent a storage unit. Then I started calling in there were it horribly expensive except for public storage. Public storage rented me a 10x25 storage unit for $1 for 1 month plus a $19 admin fee. They were so nice and accommodating and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. I was really sad to have to move out of the only one month. In the future this is the only company I will use to take care of my things & I have a good feeling about this company around.

I have had a public storage account for more than 3 years, and I have to say it is the best experience I've had so far. When relocating I chose a storage place closer to my new home, and was very disappointed at price and space, so I checked out and moved back to Public Storage, a little further from my home, but a much better deal for my dollar, and it was also climate control. The people on property are nice and I've always had a good experience. Thank You Public Storage
