I recently had the pleasure of visiting Public Storage - Houston - 7901 Highway 6 S and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but what truly sets this place apart is the outstanding customer service provided by Tariye and Keylon. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and genuine eagerness to assist. Their knowledge about the facility and willingness to answer all my questions put me immediately at ease. They took the time to understand my storage needs and provided me with options that perfectly suited my requirements. Throughout the entire process, Tariye and Keylon went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. Their professionalism, combined with their friendliness and willingness to help, made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Public Storage - Houston - 7901 Highway 6 S to anyone in need of storage solutions, not only for its top-notch facilities but also for the exceptional customer service provided by Tariye and Keylon. A very nice experience except that the store manager tried to sell 1)the door lock and, later said that it is obligatory to have the insurance from Public Storage (while this was not the case).

Staff was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that this is my second storage location and I was unable to take advantage of the $1 first month rent since i had used it last July.

Fast service very helpful

2 out of the 4 times visited the gate was not working. That's it's really. The rodent catcher that is normally at the door of my building was missing, and naturally there were some droppings inside my unit....so I felt there was a correlation. But Ms Sophia is excellent! She has the right character for this job.

Our Manager, Brit made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. We were going through a hardship and along with that and not having much money, she made our transition as comfortable as possible.

Erin is best in the business. She will accommodate you however she can. This is the best place to store your items. Large, plenty of spaces and amazing staff and quite affordable. Even the process of switching from one unit to another is painless.

I have not moved my belongings to the storage yet. As for the customer service, it is on pretty high level.
