The gate was difficult to open and there are limited hours where you can access your items.

I have to be out by 6pm and I was but I still got a warning email that I was late leaving..

Super clean and easy to move in.

Was not told about the insurance part had to spend more than expected.

The facility was well set up and James provided excellent customer service, even during COVID-19. He even helped jump start our car when the battery died. The only small issue was the hidden insurance requirement. We were required to buy insurance from the facility because we didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t know it would be required, despite asking about any and all costs on the phone ahead of time.

Very good customer service, facilities good. Do not like constant price increases after renting unit but get it from commercial perspective.

Need alot of help smells bad rat poop restroom no towel papers water fountain dont work walls have food stains ketchup. Stairs black with dirt .its controller air ota hot today don't feel ac on elevators didint work 3 weeks my parents are old and need elevators to access. Thier stuff anytime. My dad unhappy with expierance

The staff was great ! The prices are fantastic ! Some places don't have elevators ! My brother used PS twice , once for two years ! So it must've been ok for him to stay that long !

This Public Storage is well managed and well maintained. I think the company should put everything up front like; you have to have insurance and you have to bye OUR locks and what the prices are of those locks that you have to bye from them.

Kara, Mariana & Megan were super fantastic! They helped me with getting a storage unit super fast and the facility is super clean and also it's climate control. These ladies helped me pick out merchandise that i needed for my belongings to keep my stuff safe. Kara, Mariana & Megan you ladies did an AMAZING job! I needed storage for art work and furnishings during remodel. Climate control was a must. Staff are very friendly and explain contract clearly. The storage area has an easy access from I-45 S.

My husband and I were looking for a storage unit to put our items in while looking for a new home. Came across Public Storage and was helped my Mariana and Megan. I was looking for a storage unit for my son who is moving from Illinois. I called and the gentleman was very nice. I ended up not only getting storage units for him but also for myself. The rates for very good and when I went in with another one of my sons, the lady inside was very nice and helpful. I am one satisfied customer.

It was great and awesome getting a unit from them they helped me with prices and info perfect and was a great help will be going back.

Well the people who work there are nice and helpful but the units shown maybe have a nice problem ,dropping all over and looks like unit may have had a water leak in unit and broken light bulb also roof area looked like it had been eaten away or torn not sure. When I asked the girl if this would be or could be fixed she said not sure however the manager said it would be done.

Thank you for the great storage facility. It is always clean, free of pests and the customer service is fantastic. I have found this to be true in both cities that i have stored my belongings and furniture. I would especially like to give high commendations is to a young lady named Nancy, at the Plano facility, who was instrumental when I first moved to my present location. Her high regard to great customer service was the reason I trusted Public Storage for keeping my furniture and personal belongs.

I needed space quickly. They met my needs and more as those needs increased. I have been happy with the facilities and the service.
