I went to pay for my 2 storage rooms. I always pay for 6 months, I gave Ada my credit card and she told me I could save if I moved. I told her I did not want to move at this time. She told me to call customer service because I am such a loyal customer and even dialed it for me. It is really great to know that there is really a person at Public Storage that really cares about taking care of a loyal customer properly. I did get a small discount that I never expected. I would refer any of my people to Public Storage with a customer representative like Ada. The world needs more people serving customers like Ada.
