This storage facility is the best one I have used. The staff is very attentive and demonstrate a willingness to assist in a timely manner from the phone query to the ending to rent. The facility is very comfortable feeling with the climate control.

The unit had the ceiling mesh thorn and taken off the metal .. so like some one had enter thru the ceiling ! Altho it was repair on the spot .. is not as secure as I wouldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve Imagine ..

I have been helped by 2 different employees at Westheimer location. The 3 times I rented, they each took time to help me decide on size of unit needed. They then patiently helped me locate closest unit because of my disability. The building feels safe, thanks to the many security entrance requirements, lighting, etc. Staff were diligent, helpful, and always cleaning when no customers were waiting.

Nice facilities, good pricing, but the office seems to be closed at various times during the day. 2x this past week I had to wait for over 45 minutes for someone to return to the office so that I could return a cart and retrieve my drivers license.

They make you buy their own locks for $20 and a thing called a "damp check" for $8 as well as their own insurance for $15/mo. Even if you sign up under the "First month is $1" offer, expect to pay an additional $30-$40 for your first month when you check in. Moving carts are only available during office hours, and require a drivers license to check one out. They are locked up after hours. Facility and units themselves are in good condition and clean. Personal gate code required for access to building and to use elevator, making it feel very secure.

The storage unit I got was very clean. The people there were very nice and respectful.

Clarisse and the rest of the staff is always very friendly and helpful. Move-in and all the paperwork was a breeze. Also, showed the unit first so that I could see what I was getting. Thank you for impeccable service!

Everything went very smoothly. The attendants explained everything to me and showed me a similar unit before I rented. I like the hours given for access to my storage unit; I can go when it is convenient for me and I don't have to change my regular daily schedule.

The ladies work there are terrible. they think just because your a black you are a N**** like them. They don't respect and doesn't know how to take care the customer. I had 30 minutes for them to close they refuse to give me the cart to take my stuff. 8989 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77063

When I went to sign up for my storage space I was treated very well. They showed me my space and clearly showed me how to access the facility The place was very clean. I was pleasantly surprised

Well for starters, I don't like the storage access hours. Majority of people don't get off from work until 6:00. Then the restrooms are locked when the office is closed, I had to used the restroom & couldn't. Another issue would be the sliding doors locking every time I went to my truck to remove more things, then I have to put the code in all over again. I'm surprised there isn't a timer set for that. Also, not having access to the carts to help move things after business hours really doesn't help. I believe there's room for improvement.

The manager handled my transaction. The staff was courteous. I like the cleanliness of the facility. I did not like the hidden fees in the transactions...the quoted price was not the FULL price of the unit. I know this is a marketing ploy, but customers should be quoted the full amount to rent a unit - all fees included.
