Very minor issues, BUT, I have to say overall the property was very clean, units look secure, manager was thorough and very nice. I do however have an issue with no lighting in my 12×12 c.c. unit. Other than that, keep up the good work..thank you.

Our experience gets a 5-star because of the two ladies in the office. They took great care of us. Immediately fixed an issue, got us all signed in, all in a reasonable about of time. They were personable, knowledgeable and an asset to Public Storage. So far this is our only point of reference. Hopefully our overall experience will be a good one.

Be careful when they tell you you can cancel before the 7th day of the month and that you only have to pay $6 a day if you do as this is a BIG FAT LIE! I have made arrangements to come back to the country and cancel on the 6th of August but then I was told that the manager no longer had this rule and therefore I had to pay the FULL monthly payment! They sure didnt care all I had to do to comeback and how my arrangements were made according to what I was told. If you decide to give them a chance just make sure everything they tell you is in writing although even then they might want to retract themselves and not honor what they said. Oh and since I haven't paid them late fees were applied, now I owe them over $200 for just 6 days that I used them. Very disappointed!

I made my reservation online which was very easy. When i got to the location, the gentleman was assisting another customer. Finally he was able to help me and he told me that they were working with a brand new software, hence the delay. I appreciated that explanation and he was extremely friendly and helpful in completing my reservation. I was unhappy about the need for insurance, but all in all, i would definitely recommend Public Storag

My experience at Public Storage was amazing. Rhonda at the front desk is very helpful understanding and the property and the inside is very clean. Rhonda know her job very well. I've rented from here years ago, I had no problems, my only concern now is that the sheetrock has apparently been cut out and replaced leading me to believe it was broken into from the adjacent unit, I'm just hoping this does not happen again if it did once before. My other issue is while I was moving my belongings in I was sweating in the building that was supposed to be climate controlled. I called the office and was told that the climate controlled meant 80 degree's. I could have left my stuff outside and payed less for 80 degrees. It wasn't that hot the last time I rented there. But I don't want my things sitting in the heat, hence ( Climate Controlled. ) Other than that I'm happy.
