THIS IS BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST EXPERINCES THAT I HAVE HAD RENTING A STORAGE UNIT. I MADE A RESERVATION ON LINE AND WHEN I WENT INTO THE OFFICE TO COMPLETE THE RENTAL THE MANAGER, I THINK HER NAME IS CYNTHIA WAS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, CONDESCENDING AND OVERALL HAD A REALLY NEGATIVE ENERGY. I HATE DEALING WITH SOMEONE THAT IS RUDE AND DISSRESPECTFUL, BUT I HATE IT MORE WHEN THE PERSON IS YOUNGER THAN ME AND SHOWS NO HOME TRAINING. FURTHERMORE, I'M SPENDING MY HARD EARNED MONEY! THAT LEADS ME TO ANOTHER POINT. THEY WENT UP ON MY RENT AFTER 60 DAYS AND SHE CLAIMED IT WAS DUE TO THE MARKET DEMAND OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. MY RENT ALMOST DOUBLED!! I FEEL LIKE THIS IS EITHER A BAIT AND SWITCH APPROACH TO RENTING THE UNITS OR MAYBE SHE IS BEING VENDICTIVE DUE TO THE FACT THAT I CALLED HER OUT ABOUT BEING RUDE!! I WOULD NOT RENT AT THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!!! THEY NEED TO HIRE A MORE SEASONED AND MATURE PERSON TO BE THE PROPERTY MANAGER.

I've rented at this facility before, and if I ever need a storage unit in the future, I will continue to rent at this location. The staff and the property are superb. In a frustrating time they made my transition smooth. The entire experience was simply awesome.
