There for me when I needed it.

The customer service was excellent. All the help I needed was provided on the move in date. I had to change my move in day suddenly and they were able to accomodate me.

Ivy was great! We were able to move in quickly and efficiently.

I love using my phone to gain access. I also love the 9:30 in 6:30 out policy. Keeps my stuff safe and certain elements out. Would love to see more cameras on the property. Front desk was awesome (Lashonna and Ivy). Looking forward to my stay.

I needed a bigger unit and before I even moved my stuff in the manager said it look like I needed a bigger one so I pick another one larger with same special but it don't cover the whole month like what I signed up for I did a transfer 9/28 n I got the storage 9/26 but he didn't inform me til after I decided to change that I would be prorated for the 1st and also said I couldn't do the 1$ special because I had a existing account

The only thing I didn't like about my experience is that online it said nothing about having to purchase my lock from the facility. When I got there, he advised me that I had to purchase one of their locks for $19.99 when I already had a lock. It just left a bad taste in my mouth as the customer should be able to choose their own lock. I mean, just because he gave me two keys doesn't mean he didn't make another one previously. It really isn't a good practice.
