It was real simple and easy to reserve a spot, set-up an account and pay online! A very convenient app that allows you to enter and exit using your phone.

Reservations On self storage.com do not capture if the facility allows motorhome with car trailer to be stored in single space. I spoke with the agent public storage location at 9576 cypress creek parkway and told her I am coming in with motorhome+car trailer total length within the unit size reserved. She confirmed availability and asked me to come in as soon as possible. After 3 hours of drive and upon arriving at location she says I have to rent 2 spots one for motorhome and other for car trailer!!! I explained the inconvenience of separating them and parking them separately. She claimed that it is policy of public storage Company that car trailer needs separate spot. She could not show me the policy upon request. She doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t care. She then threatened to lock my stuff in the premises unless I rent 2 spots. She said that she has to leave (this is at 2.30pm). Location closing time is 6pm. They are cheating customers.

The online reservation was not as accurate as I would have liked it to be. I had to call the call center to try to make an adjustment to my reservation, however after several attempts, the representative could not figure it out, so she told me that I was going to have to keep my reservation time/date the same. The check-in experience was not too bad. The manager was professional. The process was rather quick and I liked my unit.

The customer service was exceptional, all of the questions that I had were answered. My overall experience with public storage was absolutely great, I will definitely tell my friends and family about my experience with public storage.

First I call to see what the price is it was very economical compared to other storage units closest to me within two hours I was in a new storage unit

Great experience with Public storage. It is a bit expensive but at least you are rest assured that your vehicle is in a safe place where there are 24 hours surveillance protection. Only thing is that I wish you can swap a vehicle with another one in the same garage unit.

People were very nice and helped me find unit I needed.

Other than the hours not being too late I have no issues.

I think this is a awesome storage facilty with wonderful customer service. The access to the property and and the security of the property is what drew me in. This location is convenient and easy to locate. Pricing and convenience are what drew me to this location but the staff are what make it truly outstanding. Alex was incredibly informative and helpful. I would definitely recommend .
