Incorrect information was given to me. Online I was quote 115 for a 10 x 15 and I got a 11x12 for $126. Per the website, the unit is climate control. The unit is has been upwards of 85 degree. I can not store certain things because of how the unit. I called I was told this was a 24 hour unit and it turns out they close at 9 pm.

I have not used this facility long so I don't have much to add other than the location is very convenient for my current need. Also the young lady that assisted my in renting this unit was very skilled in the art of customer service. So far, this is proving a good decision.
