The only negative thing I can say about this location is there isn't enough carts for everyone to use. If there are people there before u they take the only 2 carts there is and ur stuck caring your things into ur storage or u have to wait for them to finish and that could take hours

The facility needs more than 2 flat dollies, only one elevator working and there wasn't any restrooms. We had to leave the facility meaning after waiting an hour for a elevator lose our spot come back and start the waiting process all over again. I reserved a unit online but somehow the final charge was $198. What happened to the $1 special??

I have been a customer of public storage since 2002 from the old public storage buildings to the new one they have air conditioning elevators extra lighting extra parking clean restrooms with soap and places to dry your hands I've had a wonderful experience with my new location at 45 and 249 thank you the manager was great and assistance there were great as well thank you Miss Peggy and Miss Brandy

I love that I decided to go with Public Storage after researching storage space. Price is important Public Storage pricing are very competitive they have the best pricing and affordable. I love the customer service, the security, the business hours, the units are very clean and well kept. All my questions have been answered and I can make online payments in the comfort of my home. Love the climate control and location. I love the fact that I was able to get insurance to protect my belongings another source of security, and peace of mind.
