Easy to access and neat in was able to pull right in and have that access to a climate controlled storage unit.. I would recommend.

The lady who helped me with the initial contract was so helpful, sweet and funny. The next day I went back to get boxes and was helped by another lady. She was equally as helpful, sweet and funny. Customer service is obviously high on your list. I wish I paid attention so I could mention them by name. Outstanding!

Roz turned a dreadful, stressful day into a wonderful experience. Moving is a tough job and having to find the right storage space can be daunting but Roz explained everything very thoroughly and I did not feel rushed. She is very personable and that alone eased my stress.

It was my first time renting a storage. Tabatha was awesome, she made the process quick and easy. I would highly recommend renting storage from the Atascocita location.

Need to check the outside lighting, I was at the unit around 8:15 PM and it was pitch black around the facility, the only lights that were on were the lights where the elevator is and the front office.

Friendly staff, excellent location good prices,nice and clean and we got the first floor. Nice that you sell boxes etc there too. It helped us. We told our son about it and now he is there too.

The checkin process was seamless. I also really appreciate the thoughtfulness in the design og the building. The oversized entry way and hallways are HUGE plus. It allowed us to carry more things in and cut down the total moving time.
