Did my own reservation online and I had a few issues... However the staff at the front office was more than accommodating... She was able to assist me and get my reservation going with very little hassle... Even when I was ready to just forget the entire thing...

Storage is a nice size for my items. I recv'd a month free so that was good. The monthly storage is pricey but it's worth it.

Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. They assisted me with a smiling face and an awesome attitude.

A new facility so super clean. Prices for climate controlled storage is cheaper than most others non climate controlled. They lock up at night, i was told that it is automatic and i could get my car locked in over night if i dont get out before. My unit is on second floor and i have to put in * 7 digit code # every time i use the elevator. Overall very nice, my negative complaints is the trade off of Public Storage trying to keep our valuables safe.

Was not told that I had to buy a lock from Public Storage before I came to rent a space. Was told that I couldn't use my own lock when I was ready to pay.

Eberything was ok just one problem gates were open the 3 days i visit youre location never close so anybody can get in and out with no problem that worries me about the swcurity of my propety hope is fix now aince i haven't been there for few days.
