Great prices and access to units

Employees are nice over the phone, but the Shift Storage facility is very disorganized and not well kept. On my move-in day, I was assigned a unit that was already taken. I called multiple Shift storage representatives and they weren't able to resolve the issue on that particular day. They all stated that they reached out to the manager and that I should be receiving a call from him soon. I didn't receive the call until the next day. He assigned me another unit that was partially used by another vehicle. He then proceeded to assign me to another unit that had a large heavy item blocking it. Eventually, later that same day, he assigned me to a unit that was available. It took over 2 days to get my issue resolved. Buyers Beware!
