Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a storage unit so what can be said about that? I will say that the customer service here is exemplary! The person that helped us, I am so sorry I forgot their name, was king, welcoming and efficient. The storage was exactly what we were looking for, easy to get to, nice wide unloading areas. I am pleased with my choice! Give your front desk person a raise!

I like the efforts of sam to be as accomodating to me as possibe, in a timely manner.

Was very grateful of the lady working to get me checked in, as I got there a few min before closing with a full truck.

My experience went smoothly but this storage facility is in a high crime area. While walking to my storage unit I saw that many doors were in rough condition. I asked about break-ins and the employee said they get them about once a month and recommended a specific kind of lock to avoid them. Additionally, they had me sign a raise increase form where they basically state that they will raise the monthly payments by $20 “within 4-6 months” because they think the SpareFoot prices are “just promotional”.

The process went fast and smooth. Darrius explained all the details, and was very honest. The facility looked nice and secure. Lots of cameras, and gated access via security code, and the price was amazing!!! It beat all the other facility prices that we looked at by almost half!!!

The staff here is super friendly and informative. The pricing is very good. I like that it is gated and requires a code to enter and exit. It's a little dusty on the door and inside the unit but that's not a big deal. I would just suggest that you cover any important items. They also do not provide locks so bring your own. Or they sell them in the office for $11.

Price is good. Their 10x10 is smaller than my PublicStorage 10x10 unit. Getting to your unit in a truck is difficult since the lanes are super narrow and turning is super tight. Customer service is professional and attentive.

Place is great and in a good location. There's a lot of construction around but that is obviously no fault of theirs. Friendly staff and easy to get in and out of unit. Able to make payments online which is great for me and some of the best prices in Houston.

Arrived just prior to closing on a Saturday & yet Javier still was very courteous and glad to take the time to rent me a unit. I was very pleased with the experience (aside from the amount of paperwork, but that's standard for the storage business unfortunately)..

Ok place

very, very nice and helpful staff. Facility is not as modern as some but is certainly clean and well maintained. It's perfect for our seasonal storage needs. They also have a variety of much larger spaces that I have never seen in other properties which we may want to move into.

Person at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. She got me moved into a unit very quickly, and answered all my questions.

Convenient location, great price, security cameras and manager lives on site. The manager was prompt to call me and confirm my space and was very friendly. I am very happy I found such a great space that meets all my storage needs.

The staff is very friendly, and helpful. The storage facility is off the beaten path somewhat, so not much traffic which is nice. I wish they had climate controlled as an option in at least some of their units, but it is a very good deal for what you get.

The employees at this unit was not only helpful, professional, pleasant and so considerate I enjoyed the time spent in the office while completing my application. My paperwork was completed within minutes and I was on my way to moving into the space Great place for storage I would recommend this location to my friends

Just started using this unit, but so far so good. No problems and the employers are really nice.

Owners were very nice. I feel safe having my stuff there.
