Advantage Storage - Las Colinas

I’ve been here three times in the last two weeks to put my stuff in my storage unit. The sign says they close at nine. I was here at 8:40. It wouldn’t let me in. I was here at 7:55. It wouldn’t let me I’ve now come during the daytime and both elevators are not working. no notice or not notification that the elevators were out. No sign on the door by the trolleys so I did not know the elevators were out until I went to the elevators to go to my unit. I have to put everything back in my car. The girl inside at the customer service desk said there’s no other way to get up except to use the stairs. Very disappointed.

This was a AWESOME experience! The individual at the desk, was friendly and knowledgeable about the entire process to rent a storage space!

It was a good. hassle-free experience. The managers there were very helpful and had almost all my paperwork ready for me because I had already signed up with sparefoot. They actually called me within 24 or 48 hrs after I had been on the sparefoot website and confirmed receipt of my request. I completed all the paperwork and the tour of the facility on my lunch break.

Rusty was extremely helpful in determining the size of storage I needed for my belonging. Extremely nice pair.

The customer service is the best. I've rented more than a few storage spaces in my day and this has by far been the best facility ever. The convinence of the hours, to the lil carts that help you make taking things into storage has been a very big help.

I have 2 vehicles stored here and am very happy with everything Rusty has done to keep this location clean,safe and affordable.I highly reccommend this location for its security and proximity to LBJ-635 and other major freeways,I moved my cars here from Public Storage and am very glad that I did !!!!!

They really go out of their way to make sure your needs are met.

Very good people to work with Advanatge also takes into accout of a lot of "Little Things" that makes it easier when you are loading and unloading items. Very Happy!
