Uneventful, which is what you want in a move in. Hardest part was finding our spot. Price we got was $20 better than next comparable facility

The staff was great and very professional. Easy move in process. I love that there are elevators to move my stuff up to the 2nd floor.

Kristi took care of me ASAP. Only spent about 20 minutes from online reservation, view the unit, complete the paperwork and pay!

Needed a quick clean and safe space to store my out of state college daughters things after having campus closed amid corona virus. Cube Smart got us settled and ready to go quickly while being VERY diligent about cleaning all touchsurfaces. Greatly appreciated and highly recommend.

The process and price were good. The facility is new and excellent. Customer service was fine. The process was too rigid - requiring home insurance or mandatory insurance is unnecessary. Also, I have a perfectly great lock that I would have preferred to use, but I had to use a "circle lock". I should be able to use the lock I want, Period. Just make me sign a waiver if I don't conform - stop making people do things they don't want to.

Very clean units and really air conditioned!

So far, we love Cube Smart, they are well air conditioned (most places say they are but are still hotter than Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d like to keep my leather) and clean. They are also very reasonably priced.

Extremely clean and well maintained, especially the internal temperature.

Kiki was great, gave me a tour and told me everything I needed to know, always making sure I didn’t have any questions, all with a friendly smile. I’ve stored my things at a few different storage facilities over the years, but this was definitely the best experience I’ve had—clean, secure, wonderful customer service—all at a great price. I will definitely be recommending CubeSmart to anyone that needs a storage unit.

We were moving back into the metroplex and needed a quick storage solution while we found a more permanent place to stay. Cubesmart was so affordable, the manager Kiki was so helpful and friendly and the facility was super clean and easy to access. My spouse went in very nervous about some of the items we were storing getting damaged, but our tour through the facility put our minds well at ease.

The unit was a great size and we were shown options. Manager was flexible and nice to work with. Paperwork went quickly and unit is very clean. Great job!

My only complaints are wishing there were a few more drive up / elevator points, but, that's really not a major issue since carts are available. Second, the administrative/setup fee is a bit steep for a process that could be done via link online and simply verified when I come in and show my ID the first time. I could set up all info, automatic payment, even get the insurance info/options online. The declarations page necessity for insurance is also pretty irritating since not all insurance companies do things the same way. I should be able to use my C sheet and/or if I signed up ahead of time have my insurance company write the letter that clearly states all off-premises storage units are covered for me at 100% of my coverage - which is way more than I am getting for the monthly fee here. And since they are willing to write it out TO CubeSmart - they obviously mean they are providing the coverage being required. Other than that - the check-in process is easy enough and the Managers (one in training) were efficient and very kind. The storage facility itself is immaculate and feels safe and secure and an even ambient temperature. The price is just right since it's near work (the same company near my house is way more expensive just because of location). I'd definitely recommend CubeSmart to a friend!

The site manager was extemely friendly and made me feel like my items would be taken care of during my time at this facility. That paired with the cleanliness and superior standard of construction of the building would definitely lead me to refer it to my friends and family.

Needed to make a quick move to start storing and was able to do so very quickly with no hassle.

The manager Joel was very professional and nice. They were expecting me so they had ever thing ready and the process went smoothly and quick. I have never been treated this nicely at a storage facility. Excellent customer service.
