This storage unit is hell of a lot better and cleaner then the storage unit I currently have. At least they seem to show concern and care for their customers. Plus they were very friendly and helpful and they listened and paid attention to what I had to say especially when I was complaining about my current storage unit and the problems I have had with it.

I regret using the moving van. We drove it 15 miles, and it should’ve been free, however the starting mileage “in the computer” reflected that we drove it 64 miles. We didn’t. I noticed when we checked the truck in, that the employee didn’t get into the van to verify, she took us at our word regarding the mileage. This is a process problem. My theory is that who ever drove the van prior to me, either misquoted intentionally or gave an incorrect number to the clerk the day before. That number was then entered into the system. If the employee is not verifying the mileage at all times, and relying on the renter, then crap like this will happen again and again. Lesson learned. Renters: verify your mileage against what is on the paperwork before driving away.
