Overall move in process went well. Was a little underwhelmed with the front desk staff. They gossiped and often talked over me about the gossip while Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m was checking in. Then one of the girls said she would show me my unit but ﾃ｢竄ｬﾋ彷orgotﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ about me 5 minutes later because she was ﾃ｢竄ｬﾋ徙n her phoneﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢.

Clerk very helpful, walked me to the right unit and printed me a map of the facility so moving-in my belongings, turned to be much easier (as you can easily get lost in the multi-unit building.) Good service in general.

Good location, pricing fair, not very helpful in moving, asked a customer to help me move my washer and dryer. Had to buy my own lock as well, were as others are included.

The ladies at the front desk were awesome and helpful. You could tell they genuinely wanted to make sure my husband and I had a good experience all the way around. The facility is very clean.

Just checked in. Overall it is a good choice. Maggie is very friendly. Sounds like their online account access needs some improvements, while I have not tried it out yet.

The storage facility was great, and customer service was always nice! However, I had to call multiple times to be able to pay and was told that someone would call back to process my payment. I was never called back and had to initiate the call every time.

The facility is very clean and easily accessible. I would have given it 5 stars except that the size unit we needed was only available on the second floor. It was significantly warmer there than on the first floor and there was no sprinkler system. The staff said that it is in the process of being updated, but I am a bit worried about the lack of fire protection.
