Public Storage - Irving - 100 N MacArthur Blvd

I got a site to store an RV. The advertised price was $50/month. After I signed up and they assigned me the site, they told me that the site was actually rented to someone else and they had to move me a couple of sites over. Then the charge for the site went to $100/month! They told me this was because "I" switched sites (THEY made me switch sites!) and that the discounted price could not be carried over. BAIT AND SWITCH! I am currently trying to resolve this with them, but if they don't give me the original price, I'm moving out.

Pros- Affordable Easy to get set up Cons- Light was out when I got to my unit

I needed a place to store my boat at the last minute and they helped me to get a place close to my house and also added my other storage unit so all I have is one bill

Good location. Repairs were in progress. Good thing Krystal advised us about this activity and where to look for unit number She Krystal was very knowledgeable in presentation so Kudos to Miss Krystal

Ana, the Manager was excellent.. she heard my emergency reason for needing a unit, like yesterday.. she was great, patience, knew her units and Really quick was her response.. I love it, had no hassle, gave me a clean unit.....it was good customer service.. I really like those kind of folks that knows her stuff..

Willing to charge more for a smaller unit with proper garage door type opening. Larger units have small for ways making it difficult to move furniture in and out.

Both workers: Property Staff Shannon & Carmen were helpful and nice. The location is very close to the highway .. all kinds of storage are there whatever size you need. The neighborhood is not bad either many places are around, & the price is reasonable. Good to go guys !!
