Changed my lock for no reason. Cannot have access to my possessions.

Easy online process, but had to find someone on property for questions

Move in was easy and hassle free. So far no problems or complaints for this location. We did try to do business at the Public Storage on Story Rd and Walnut Hill in Irving TX, but they were not friendly and kept changing prices and not giving us what we needed. Glad we changed facilities to the location on Longhorn drive.

My rent just went up 35%! The same unit size for new renters is $65 less than what I am paying now! They will reel you in, you get all your belongings loaded in and secured and BAM the rent WILL increase. When you call the 800 number to get help, you get nowhere, they will tell you this was something upfront that was discussed when you initially rented the space. By the way that's not true. Heads up- ask them about it BEFORE you move all of your belongings in! Word to the wise. Next, they will forward you to the location manager and then all you get is a text and email that says your rent is due and it will list the new pricing. Oh, we were also among several here at this facility that was broken into locks cut, and have heard no updates about the end result.

Storage has a bad leak and has filled my items with water or water damage, would like to file an insurance claim

The service and helpfulness was great. I'm brand new to the city. This team took their time to explain everything to me.

Employees need to punctual and little polite.

Staff was friendly and got through the paperwork quickly. Facility was very clean and looked new (it's 2 years old). Price was reasonable. Liked the carts that are available for use in the facility. Very happy with everything.

Joann, the store manager, was excellent and super helpful and efficient during our move in process. She was knowledgeable about the products offered by Public Storage and maintained a pleasant demeanor despite the temperature or influx of people.

Great storage facility & customer service. Great location & clean. Registration process simple with pre-online processing. Confirm beforehand and if you have any questions. Misit was great to work with and completed the process and answered all my questions. Great place & prices!!

The manager has such a great personality and was very professional. This is the best property I've went to l. Very pleased with my space.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Just couple of comments. 1) I was assigned my gate code and when I brought my first truck of stuff to the storage facility, my code did not work. I would recommend the staff check the code to verify it works before they give it to a customer. 2) once my code was activated, I brought a load to the storage facility and the doors would automatically open at 7:30 AM. Please install controls so the customers do not have the ability to switch the doors to open 24/7. The staff needs to be the party switching the doors to auto and not the customers.
