We really like this facility. There is easy access and the building is very clean. The office team reached out to make sure everything was coordinated for our move in. They also make carts available to move if on a higher floor. The pricing was fair and I would recommend using this

Amazing super clean facility, with excellent customer service. All of the storage units are located indoors/climate controlled, and require access codes and keys to access the elevators to reach them. Security is definitely a priority is. I would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family.

I shopped around and settled on this Public Storage (1750 Mustang). I should have asked them how often rates increase and if so, what time of year or what times of the year. Two months into my rental, as you may have guessed, my rate increased ~10%. What a great business, where you double your revenue every seven years. Don't forget to ask about the requirement that you buy their insurance as well (required). This Public Storage is a clean and nice property, but the deception and pricing games remind me of what we all experience with our cable companies. Ask a lot of questions.......

I was moving 1200 miles so I had to reserve a space over the phone, sight unseen. Thank goodness Stacy answered my call. She answered all my questions and took care of the reservation. When I finally arrived Stacy was there to take care of all the paper work and information I needed for my movers when they arrive. What a great experience thanks to Stacy.
