Very simple entry with app. Looks to be very secure.

Attendant was very helpful, knowledgable and polite.

Your employees are very professional and welcome their customers with open arms. Your facilities are clean and secured.

I already sent in review but we were extremely pleased with Liz!! She made great suggestions and made renting a unit very simple...give her a rise!?

everything was easy to complete, from the initial reservation to the check in/move in process. The only I would suggest would be to allow the check in process to be done remotely. The unit I rented was the 3rd one and I still had to come into the property to sign paperwork that I was very familiar with. Seemed unnecessary to set up an appointment and go through the whole process again. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Well during my first visit to public storage. I had the best customer service Experience. I was help by Stacy and not only did she make my day. She made my rental very easy.

I have been a customer of public storage in Southlake for a very short 3 month period. And every time I am in need kayla the manager is always there with better news of how she can help me. My first month I forgot my due date and she helped get my late fees dismissed. So accommodating and great customer service. I will never use another storage again. Way to go
